Thanks then for letting us know the broadcasting schedule. It’s really quite fun listening into radio. Honestly, I am an avid fun of many radio programs. Every time I got home from work, I feel relax listening to radio. Anyways, speaking of home, if you are in a position to take advantage of the home buyer tax credit, or tax credits related to real estate right now, you had better get while the getting is good. Currently, the tax credits maximum is at $8500 for first time home buyers, and $6500 for repeat home buyers, or 10% of the home's value – whichever is the lesser. The home buyer tax credit did get an extension, but it won't hold forever, and early and guaranteed is better than late filing for a federal program that's on shaky ground – and our government is on the verge of needing payday loans as it is.
